Executive Nancy Carlstedt

ATLANTA, GA – leadershipForward, a leading leadership performance development organization announces the appointment of Nancy Carlstedt, senior healthcare executive to serve in its healthcare practice as a consultant and executive coach. Ms. Carlstedt’s healthcare career spans more than 25 years, two decades in healthcare administration as a CEO in 4 different hospitals and other senior administrative positions along with many years as a renowned healthcare advisor and consultant. Nancy’s work in developing new services and successfully navigating through challenging transitional environments is well documented within the healthcare industry. Ms. Carlstedt retired from full-time administrative roles in 2003. Since that time she has provided consultation and advisory services to the VHA as a national faculty member, focusing on improvement initiatives and strategic forecasting. Ms. Carlstedt has been on the guest faculty at Indiana University, VHA, Texas Women’s University and Health Care Forum.

ATLANTA, GA – leadershipForward, a premier leadership performance development organization announces the appointment of Rebecca Henson to the position of Partner. Ms. Henson has served as a senior consultant with leadershipForward since joining the team in 2003. Her deep expertise and success in coaching senior executives towards new levels of performance and capability has been exceptional.

Rebecca has been in the business of coaching senior executives for the past 22 years getting her start with the Center for Creative Leadership and serving a host of clients to include Corning, Inc., MetLife, IBM, and many other Fortune 500 corporations. In addition to her capacities in leadership assessment and coaching, Ms. Henson is skilled in training, team building, conflict management, and process consulting.
